Add videos, and choose which videos each condition plays. Changes reach the picker and every patient link as soon as you save.
Checking who is signed in…
New accounts and video requests wait here for an administrator. Approving a request queues a rough draft in Video Studio (about $0.30–2 of Runpod time); you OK pre-production and production there.
Sent from the picker's Send a message button and the About page's pilot form. No sign-in is needed to send, so treat names as unverified. Newest first; only editors can see these.
Recordings doctors sent from /contribute/, with the agreement they signed. Newest first; only editors see these, and only the owner accounts can play or download the files. Mark each one reviewed, accepted or declined. Listen to each one before use: delete anything with patient information, and check the licence (NPPES NPI registry or the state board) before a film carries the credential.
From the picker's Request a video button (a new video, or a change to one), most wanted first. Approved ones go to Video Studio on the Mac, which makes a rough draft; the requester sees Queued, then Being made. Set Ready with the video once it's in the library: everyone who asked sees it flagged next time they sign in.
Only people on the "Who can edit" list can read or write these. Patients and front-desk staff never see them. Each video and condition below has its own comment box. A comment is saved as soon as you press Save comment (you don't need the Save button at the bottom), and it keeps your name and the time.
A video must be Public or Unlisted on YouTube. Private videos won't play for patients.
Every save is kept. Restoring loads that version here; nothing changes until you save.
Everyone who signed in with Google or made a username on the site. Only approved accounts can use playlists,
favourites, requests and AI. Usernames made with tools/add_staff_user.py are approved from the start.
Gmail accounts listed here are approved the first time they sign in, without waiting. One per line.
Google accounts listed here can change the library. Anyone can use the picker.
